Dear Year 5 Parents and Carers,

I am writing to propose a year five daytrip to Paris on Friday May 16th 2014. We will travel by Eurostar from St Pancras at 7.30am and spend the day with our penpals. We will take a boat trip on the river Seine, visit the Arc de Triomphe, Eiffel Tower, have a picnic lunch with our penpals and walk down the Champs Elysees, returning to St Pancras by 6pm. The price for the day is £75. This includes travel and insurance.

To secure a place for your child, we need a deposit of £30 before the 29th November. If you would like your child to come, please return this form with the £30 to the office as soon as possible in an envelope marked with their name and Paris. We would like a further £25 by 14th February along with a copy of the child’s passport and the final £20 by 14th March. You can pay the full amount in one go or pay in instalments. In order to travel, your child will need a valid passport and an ehic card (previously E111, available free online).

If you have any questions, please come and see me in my classroom on Tuesdays, Wednesdays or Thursdays. Many thanks for your support.

Best wishes,

Miriam Paridjanian  (French teacher)
